Superfeet sizes convert to UK shoe sizes roughly as shown in the chart (although they're not all the same - these sizes do vary by insole model).

Shoe size is only a guide and more important is your heel cup size, which can only be determined when measured by our footwear fitters in-store.

If you've already been measured recently, have the right size Superfeet for you and are simply ordering an additional or replacement pair then that's fine.

Superfeet insoles help adapt the flat midsole of your footwear to your foot. The distinct Superfeet shape helps to stabilize the foot, while the deep, structured heel cup and full-length foam provide support and comfort for every step.
