Saturday 21st December from 2 to 5pm
The winter solstice celebrates the release of the dark and return of the sun as each new day grows longer. It holds a powerful energy for self-reflection, regeneration & renewal.
Jennifer will gently lead you to open up your senses and engage with the sights, sounds and smells of the forest; tuning into nature and your inner self through, guided mindfulness, and sensory invitations; connecting with the forest. Setting intention and releasing that which we no longer need ending with a warm, welcoming fire & traditional tea ceremony as we watch the night fall.

- Moderate level of fitness required
Equipment required: Sturdy footwear, warm clothes and a hat (you will be spending some time sitting still) waterproofs, water bottle & snack.
