A highly dextrous but totally wind and waterproof glove for a variety of outdoor activities.
Sealskinz have developed their own new technology in Fusion Control material engineering. The unique bonding process sandwiches a 100% waterproof hydrophilic membrane securely between a COOLMAX® wool inner and a Lycra outer shell, allowing for a closer-to-skin fit that provides you with high dexterity and range of movement as well as a significant improvement in grip. Particularly noteworthy is the unmatched breathability of the hydrophilic waterproof membrane to release perspiration steam and warm air from inside the glove. This creates a high level of comfort for the wearer, improved with an innovative 'open mesh' bonding process that allows for maximum moisture transfer out of the glove while still keeping the three layers secured as one.

Not bad so far
The gloves were a bit tighter on my hands than I expected. I bought medium size but would not have wanted a large size as these would be too loose. The material is quite stiff and not stretchy like other gloves I’ve had. They seem reasonably warm on recent walks I’ve had and as I use trekking poles at first they were a bit stiff but loosened up a little by the third day. Haven’t used them in the rain yet so can’t comment on waterproofness. The material outside allows you to hold the handle of the trekking pole without slipping. I would have liked the Velcro wrist tab to be slightly easier to undo as someone else said, as the glove is already quite difficult to remove anyway and a bit of a tab not Velcro’d would easier to grab with the other gloved hand. Quite pleased with them so far though.
