I wore this shirt as my only layer in about 19 or 20 degrees C, with a heavy pack, for 40+ km up and down the Chilterns at the weekend. It kept me fairly cool, didn’t get too damp and didn’t chafe. Although it’s UPF40, I wondered if it let some of the sun through - I would be careful in very hot sun. But overall a really good buy.
