Wanted a patch to mark our families achievement of walking round the lake's edge at Windermere. Conquer the Lakes do a great line in these retro style embroidered patches so it was a natural choice. Sold out everywhere but here! Delivery was a bit of a faff took longer than promised. Had it been said it would take a weeks postage time that would've been fine but promising delivery in two days them taking over a week is shoddy. Be realistic, give realistic expectations, people understand. Oh. And reply to emails.
