Our Abraham's Tea Round is 30 miles with 12,000 feet of ascent and will take you roughly anywhere from 6 to 12+ hours to complete, see our leader board of glory for stats HERE. If you don't have this amount of time or energy may we recommend our Espresso Round, she's 'only' 14 miles with 2,000 feet of ascent. Travelling either clockwise or anti-clockwise (your choice) you need to touch 4 tops, Catbells, Rowling End, Causey and Barrow - all visible from our cafe and all part of the Tea Round.
Dave Troman, our Fishers Ambassador, did the Espresso Round for us earlier this year, he clocked it in just under 3 hours and did it in style, he took an Espresso Cup and took a photograph of it on the top of every fell, sir we salute you and your love of coffee and running!
Unlike our Tea Round, there is no website leader board of glory, no badge of honour and no free post run refreshments BUT we do have a Strava route HERE.
